Sagul Plavac mali

SAGUL Plavac mali is a quality wine made from plavac mali grapes and nurturered with utmost care in the Violić family wine cellar. The wine exhibits a  deep ruby colour with blue tinges. It is full of flavors and aromas typical of the sort (dark cherries, plum marmalade, various berries and Mediterranean herbs) balanced in a rich and flavourful wine. It is best served at 18˚C and works well with white fish, red meat and mature cheeses.

Sagul Selekcija

SAGUL Selekcija is a premium quality wine made from selected plavac mali grapes grown on the sandy slopes of Zaguine. This wine exhibits a deep ruby colour with purplish tinges and has a mature bouqet and a mild sharpness to it. It is full of typical aromas of plavac mali with discrete flavors of wood, coffee, vanilla, leather, dark chocolate and black tea brought about by its maturation in oak barrels. An excellent choice for any occasion, it is best served at 18°C and pairs well with food like pašticada, roasted red meat and wild game meat.

Sagul Rukatac

SAGUL Rukatac has always been a part of a long tradition of winemaking in the Violić family. This fresh and harmonius wine with its rich floral aroma is a natural match with sea food and white fish. It is best served chilled to temperatures around 10 – 12 °C.

Sagul Rosé

SAGUL Rosé is easily recognized by its elegant pink colour that conquers at first sight. This fresh wine with its fruity aroma tastes particulary delicious with meat appetizers and pasta. It is best served chilled to temperatures around 12 – 14 °C.

Sagul Orange

Sagul Orange is a macerated white wine made from an ancient dalmatian variety rukatac or maraština. Refreshing and elegant, this amber colored wine has an unusual texture with intense aromas of dried citrus fruit and orange flowers. It is served chilled at temperature of 12 to 14°C with roasted fish and seafood.

Sagul Dingač

Sagul Dingač is a premium dry red wine made from plavac mali grapes grown on the slopes of Dingač. Accentuated tannins, high in alcohol with aromas of cherry, plum, and dark berries. For special occasions it is best served at 16 - 18°C with fish, red or wild game meat.

Sagul Pošip

Sagul Pošip is a white wine recognizable by its greenish yellow colour, full taste, citrus aromas and nutty notes.It is best served chilled at 10 - 12°C. Perfectly paired with white fish, crabs and shells.
